Meghan Markle has been pictured without her £156,000 diamond engagement ring as rumours swirl that there is trouble in paradise between her and Prince Harry.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex recently marked their five-year anniversary amid rumours of tension between the pair, and with the ex-royal duo having been notably absent from the spotlight in recent weeks.
In June commentator Daniela Elser, addressing the speculation, said the alleged breakdown in their marriage was perhaps inevitable.

Now Meghan has been pictured without her engagement ring in an Instagram snap alongside friends. However, her wedding ring is clearly visible.
The expensive piece of jewellery is made up of two diamonds from one of Princess Diana's bracelets, with Prince Harry said to have asked his brother Prince William's permission to use them for the £156,000 accessory.
Its absence will no doubt further fuel split rumours, but a source has recently said the couple weren't impressed with the negative claims about the nature of their marriage and insisted that Harry and Meghan have a strong foundation and are determined to work through any potential obstacles.
The insider told the news outlet: "The Sussexes’ marriage is fine," and added: "Even if there were struggles, Harry would want to make it work.

Paul Burrell, who was Princess Diana's butler for 10 years up until her tragic 1997 death, recently claimed the Duke of Sussex may only be staying with the former Suits star for the sake of their two young children.
"Am I the only person in the UK that is thinking, has Harry finally woken up to the truth?" Burrell questioned on GB News.
"He would want to say in that driving seat to watch his children grow because if he left this relationship now he’d lose his children because she’d keep them in America and he wouldn’t see them."
