"SLIPPERY" Kevin Spacey sexually assaulted a man in the car on their way to Elton John's White Tie and Tiara Ball, a court heard.
The Oscar-winning actor allegedly grabbed the man's privates as they made their way to Windsor for the £1million bash.
Spacey, 63, also touched or forced the alleged victim to touch him on ten occasions after trying to "groom" him, jurors were told.
The man, one of four Spacey is accused of sexually assaulting, branded him a "slippery, snaky, difficult person" who would try to make him feel "uncomfortable".
He told Southwark Crown Court: "[Spacey] went to a lot of lavish parties at the time, he was very famous, he had just done American Beauty, he was an Oscar winner.
"Elton John would have this big Windsor party and it was a big, £1million party. It was a summer party, The White Tie and Tiara Ball, it was called.

"He was worried about the press taking pictures of him so he was on edge, he had also had a drink. We were going down there and he was quite fired up.
"He hit me right in the nuts, basically. It took my breath away, he was laughing giggling and I said it f***ing hurt. He didn't say anything, he laughed and giggled. He said; ‘oh stop it, stop it’. He grabbed me so hard I almost came off the road.
'He had obviously been drinking quite a bit and drugs as well, and I said don't every f***ing do that again, that really hurt. And he laughed about it: "oh that's a turn on to me, oh you're such a man" he said.
"I was disgusted that he had done that."

The man described Spacey as "very touchy feely" as he told he just felt "awkward and uneasy" around the star.
He also branded the actor a "very mixed-up individual" whose behaviour was "quite eerie".
The alleged victim said he now can't bring himself to watch any films or TV shows with the Usual Suspects star in as it makes him "feel sick".
"Sexual bully" Spacey is accused of attacking four men in charges dating back as far as 22 years.
Jurors heard how he was "turned on" by his alleged victims getting angry at him and believed they would not come forward due to his fame.
He "abused the power and influence that his reputation and fame afforded him" to target the four men, the court was told.
Spacey also took advantage of his "popularity and prominence, his illustriousness and influence" to take "what and who he wanted when he wanted", it is said.
Jurors heard the four alleged victims were aged in their 20s or 30s when they "attracted the attention" of the star.
Despite not wanting to be "touched", Spacey didn't "care very much for their feelings" and "aggressively" groped them anyway, it was said.
Spacey pleaded not guilty to three counts of indecent assault, three counts of sexual assault and one count of causing a person to engage in sexual activity without consent, in January.
The star also denies four charges of sexual assault and one count of causing a person to engage in penetrative sexual activity without consent.
Spacey was stripped of an International Emmy Award in the wake of the claims.
His central character in acclaimed Netflix series House of Cards was also killed off after he was axed from the show.
