National Lottery's £2million jackpot scooped by single person as players urged to check tickets

JUST one person has scooped the National Lottery’s £2million jackpot with players urged to check to see if they are the big money winner.

The winning numbers for the draw on July 21 are 20, 05, 37, 17, 51, 45 with the bonus number 29.

Camelot’s Senior Winners’ Advisor at The National Lottery Andy Carter said: "What fantastic news for a single ticket-holder who has won tonight’s £2m Lotto jackpot!

"Players are being urged to check their tickets and to give us a call to claim this massive jackpot prize.

"National Lottery players make a huge difference to National Lottery Good Causes across the country raising, on average, around £36m every week.

"Thanks to National Lottery players, over £1.2bn has been distributed to date across the UK to help tackle the impact of coronavirus."

The estimated jackpot for Saturday’s draw is £3.8m.

The Thunderball numbers for Wednesday’s draw were: 35, 33, 11, 30, 14 and the Thunderball number was 04.

Earlier this month one Brit claimed a £13.1m Lotto jackpot for the Must Be Won draw which took place on July 7.

Camelot's Andy Carter said: "What sensational and sunny news for one lucky Lotto player.

"We will now look to support the ticket holder through the process and help them to start to enjoy their life changing win."

The winning numbers were 40, 3, 52, 2, 7, 20 and the bonus ball was 14.

The mega sum would make the punter, if the claim is validated, as rich as singer George Ezra and almost three times richer than Killing Eve Star Jodie Comer, 28, who is estimated to have amassed a £4.9million fortune.

Winners can decide whether to go public or remain anonymous.
