The EuroMillions is Europe's biggest lottery and offers players the chance to win huge jackpots that can reach as high as €240million (£206million).
Between 80 to 100 million people purchase a ticket for the EuroMillions draw each week, with countries including Ireland, Austria, Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland and the UK all participating.
This year one lucky UK player broke the record as the biggest ever British EuroMillions winner, pocketing a jaw-dropping £195million.
And it seems that the UK's been getting lucky, as it was the third £100million-plus jackpot to be won in the country so far in 2022.
Here's everything you need to know about how to play the EuroMillions, including when the draw is and what you need to win.
How do you play the EuroMillions?
To play the EuroMillions you'll need to buy a ticket, which you can purchase from either an authorised retailer or online on the National Lottery website.
When buying your ticket you'll need to pick five numbers from one to 50 as well as two Lucky Stars from one to 12. If you don't want to choose your numbers yourself then you can try a LuckyDip, which will give you randomly selected numbers.
You'll also need to choose how many lines you want to buy; you can play up to seven lines of numbers on a single pay slip and can purchase up to 10 pay slips at a time.
Once you've bought your ticket you then just need to wait for the draw to happen, and you can check to see whether you've won anything after this.
For every EuroMillions ticket that you buy, you'll also be automatically entered into the UK Millionaire Maker game, which sees a UK ticket holder win £1million every draw.
What time is the EuroMillions draw?
The EuroMillions draw happens at 8:45pm every Tuesday and Friday.
The cut off time for sales on draw days is at 7:30pm, so if you want to take part in the draw that day then you will need to purchase your ticket before then.
Sales will reopen the following morning at 7am.
How to check the EuroMillions results
The EuroMillions draw used to be broadcast live on BBC One but the draw is no longer on television.
Instead, you can watch the EuroMillions draw live on the National Lottery's website or YouTube channel every Tuesday and Friday at 8:45pm.
There are also other ways that you can check to see if you've won anything on the EuroMillions.
You can use the National Lottery app to see if you've won and can also scan a paper ticket on this for instant results, or you can check the results on the National Lottery website, which are published on the site every Tuesday and Friday from around 9:30pm.
Do you get anything for 2 numbers on EuroMillions?
You can win money for matching two numbers on your EuroMillions ticket.
There are a total of 13 different prize tiers in each EuroMillions draw and the lowest prize is awarded for matching just two main numbers.
The prizes increase in value for the more numbers you can match, and to secure the jackpot prize you'll need to match all five main numbers plus the two Lucky Star numbers that are drawn.
The prize values vary depending on ticket sales and the number of winners in each prize tier, but those with two matching numbers are unlikely to win very much money.
If the jackpot isn't won then it will roll over to the next draw and be added to the jackpot fund for the following draw, which is capped at €240million (£206million).
