Qtrade Limited has onboarded Alexey Grikalov as its new Head of the CIS Region, effective immediately.

Finance Magnates has recently learned that Alexey Grikalov, a senior forex specialist, has been named by Qtrade Limited, a leading forex broker, as its new Head of the CIS region.

Alexey Grikalov has a strong background in forex and brings more than eight years of experience in the field to the role.

A Chronicle of Grikalov’s Vocation

Prior to Qtrade Limited benefitting from his skills, Grikalov spent a little under a year at GTFMarkets. He took on the challenges required as its Head of Global Business Development, which he fulfilled successfully.

Before his experience at GTFMarkets, he used his time as a self-employed Forex Consultant over the course of fifteen months.

Earlier to Grikalov’s stint in self-employment, he served NordFX Broker for close to four years. Initially, he joined the organisation in October 2015 as a Retention Manager. After six months, he received a promotion to the position of Market Analyst. Part of the responsibilities included the evaluation of the current macroeconomic situation and its impact on the financial market in the OTC sector. Then in August 2017, his performance warranted another promotion when the company elevated him to Head of the RAMM Department. In this role, he launched the investment platform, RAMM. This process included creating the department, producing accompanying documents, recruiting and training personnel for the trading investment platform.

Also at ForexInn, he became the Head of Customer Support in May 2013. His main responsibilities involved the management of the customer support/call-center. Mainly, he managed the team receiving and analyzing customer claims. However, he also set tasks for employees, kept track of the timing and quality of the tasks performed by the team and interacted with other departments.
