Woman who believes she’s Madeleine McCann ‘meets The Rock’ as DNA submitted

A young woman who believes she could be Madeleine McCann has posed for a snap with 'Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson'.

With her arms on the shoulder of an almost-lifelike replica of the famous wrestler-come-actor, Julia Wendell, 21, smiles brightly.

She is featured in the Instagram story of private investigator Fia Johansson, who goes by the name Persian Medium.

Captioning the image of Julia alongside the dummy of the A-list superstar The Rock, Fia captioned the image: “Everything you desire is on its way to you.

“Be patient; your turn is coming.”

The somewhat cryptic caption comes after what has no doubt been a difficult few months for Julia, which has seen her gain international recognition and leave the country she had been living in for years.

Fia has been spending a lot of time with Julia in recent days and is believed to have been a key part of an effort to get her to America after she started receiving death threats.

Julia made headlines earlier this year when she sensationally claimed she was the missing daughter of Jerry and Kate McCann.

She is now thought to be in California at a secret location however the self-proclaimed psychic has claimed that she has uncovered “evidence of trafficking” in Julia’s past.

Julia is understood to have submitted DNA samples to help her uncover the truth about her past.

Johansson recently claimed she had new evidence, “that shows Julia was definitely trafficked to Poland".

“I just want to make sure she is in a safe place until we actually figure out exactly where and how we are going to conduct the DNA tests.

“I do not want to disclose the location because I don’t want people to come after her and basically try to harm her."
