A builder who murdered two escorts in 2021 has been sentenced to life in prison but skipped court where he was handed at least 49 years behind bars.
Mark Brown, 41, paid mum-of-three Leah Ware, 33, the sum of £3,000 for two separate photo shoots after the first "wasn't good enough".
She was left "scared" of Brown and tried to leave him after he paid her to get in the car boot, a friend told Hove Crown Court last year during the trial.

The mother was living in a shipping container at Brown's rented farm in Hastings when she went missing last May – it is thought that he burned her body and dumped the remains, which have not yet been found.
Her mum told the court today that it is "sadistic torture" to not tell them family what happened to the woman, and that describing her absence to her children is "insurmountable".
The remains were so badly burned that Alexandra had to be identified through the teeth found at the sicko's property called Little Bridge Farm.
It had been reported that she was dumped head-first into the machine before dumping the remains.
He had previously offered her £100,000 for an escorting job in October, 2021, and originally claimed she had died in an accident at a farm after slipping in his workshop – he admitted to burning her body but said he did so in a “panic”.
And today in court, Ms Morgan's parents described her as a "bright and energetic young woman", while Leah was "kind, generous, intelligent and loving to everyone she met," a friend said.

The judge said of Brown that "his conscience is untroubled by what he has done."
And evil builder Brown, 41, also murdered Alexandra Morgan before burning her remains in a home-made incinerator.
The body of Leah Ware was never found, but it has been claimed that he killed her using a similar method.
He also shockingly killed her Pomeranian dog called Lady.
Four other women had visited the man's farm before he chose to murder Leah, it was claimed.

It took just 10-and-a-half hours for a jury of 10 men and two women to convict Brown of both murder charges in December.
His Honour Judge Nicholas Hilliard KC told Brown during the initial trial: "There is only one sentence which can be passed and that is imprisonment for life.
"If he wishes to confirm what he had done with Leah Ware's body, he has that chance."
