A vigilante mob has menaced freed pop paedophile Gary Glitter at his bail hostel.
A screaming crowd gathered outside the rocker’s halfway house yesterday afternoon after its address was leaked online.
It is near 10 schools and a housing estate filled with kids.

An onlooker said: “One protester tried to scale a barrier at the hostel and they were all shouting they wanted him out of their neighbourhood. No one wants scum like Glitter living near them.”
Around 10 cops were drafted in. Three were still outside the hostel on Saturday night.
It came amid a flood of death threats against the 78-year-old.
Glitter – real name Paul Gadd – served half of a 16-year sentence for sex offences against three girls aged eight to 13.
He was released from HMP The Verne jail in Dorset on Friday and driven several hours away to the bail hostel.

A source said: “Glitter is going to have to be moved if any of these threats are deemed credible by the authorities.”
The Ministry of Justice declined to comment.
It comes following reports Glitter is being "treated like royalty" in the hostel where he is having "meals delivered to his private room".
According to sources, Glitter has regular meals taken to him by staff, and the hostel has a garden with football posts, a gym and a smoking area.
However, it appears his new room mates are less than pleased about him being there.
A source said: “There's lifers in the hostel and they are angry Glitter is in there.
“Glitter is very happy – he's talking to people.
“He’s upbeat, and he needs to interact with people to get a chance to be released.
“He won't be going anywhere outside for a while – other people did not get escorted into here and treated like royalty like he is being.
“It's caused a lot of upset.”
