A family is terrifyingly trapped inside a cable car dangling 900ft above the ground.
Six children are among the eight in desperate need of helicopter rescue after the cable holding up their vehicle suddenly snapped with them all onboard.
The kids were on their way to school over a valley in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan when disaster struck on Tuesday morning.

Military helicopters have been dispatched to rescue the group however it is unknown whether they are now safe and no longer at risk of plummeting into the valley's bed.
It took four hours of holding on perilously in the middle of the air for the eight passengers before help arrived in the shape of a military rescue chopper.
According to Pakistan's Dawn.com, the incident happened at around 7am local time (02:00 GMT) this morning.
The unusual mode of transport is used by around 150 people to get to school, with the area seriously lacking in alternative routes, a teacher told Dawn.com.
Gulfraz is one of the trapped passengers and was able to beg TV channel Geo News over the phone for help with a panicked SOS call.
"For God's sake help us," Gulfraz pleaded.
Without a helicopter swooping in and presumably letting down a form of ladder or pulley system to drag the six kids and two adults out of the car, it would be a tall order attempting to reach them, a rescuer commented.
Zulfiqar Khan, an official with Pakistan's 1122 rescue service, told AFP: "The cable car is stuck in a place where it is almost impossible to help without a helicopter,"
