Concerns grow for missing teenage girl, 16, who was last seen on Wednesday as police search continues

Police are growing ‘increasingly concerned’ for the welfare of a 16-year old girl who hasn’t been seen for two days.
Lana Curtis-Hornby was reported missing from the Saltash area of Cornwall on Wednesday and has not been heard from or seen since.
The teenager has been described as 5ft5 white, with a slim build, three nose piercings and shoulder length hair dyed burgundy.
She has brown eyes and wears glasses.
It’s thought she is wearing black cargo trousers and a black jumper with white and orange coloured Nike Jordans and possibly carrying a black handbag.

It’s thought the teenager has travelled to Hampshire or Surrey but she also has links to Cornwall.
A statement from Devon and Cornwall police reads: ‘Police are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of 16-year-old Lana Curtis-Hornby, who has been reported missing from the Saltash area of Cornwall.
‘Lana was last seen in the Saltash area at around 5pm on Wednesday 8 February.
‘She is described as a white female of slim build, with shoulder length hair that is dyed burgundy. Lana has brown eyes, often wears glasses, and she also has three nose piercings. She is 5ft 5in tall.
‘Lana was last seen wearing black cargo trousers and a black jumper with white and orange coloured Nike Jordans and possibly carrying a black handbag.
‘She is believed to have travelled to the Hampshire or Surrey areas but also has links to Dorset.
‘If you have seen Lana, or know of her whereabouts, please call police immediately on 999, quoting log number 882 of 8/2/23.’
