A chef has admitted committing an act of outraging public decency after being caught masturbating in his car.
Sion Raymer, 24, said he resorted to committing the lewd sex act in his car because he had no privacy at home due to his brother staying on his sofa.
Colchester Magistrates’ Court heard Raymer had “a long day” on July 13 and after a stunned witness caught Raymer in the act in Cliff Road, Dovercourt, Essex, they called the police who arrived 15 minutes later.

According to Nishma Shah, prosecuting, she said the cops visited the witness' home who showed them a video of the Raymer carrying out the sex act in his car.
She added: "In interview he admitted it was because his brother was staying on his sofa and he had no privacy at home".
The 24-year-old said he had forgotten what he was doing the sex act over and his solicitor Kristina Smith told the magistrates that they “certainly won’t catch him doing this again”.
Raymer has since apologised for his actions and showed remorse.
Ms Smith added: "This is a 24-year-old young gentleman who describes himself as an introvert".

“He explains to me on this occasion he had his brother down from Wales, he was staying for five days. He doesn’t get to see his family much due to the distance.
“He quite openly says he doesn’t really recall a particular reason as to why he chose to [carry out the act] in his vehicle.
“He was feeling stressed from work and, ultimately, the stress of going from his home address to see his partner [in Braintree]. He has suffered with anxiety and depression since he was about five or six-years-old.”
Chairman of the bench Andrew Campbell ordered Raymer to do 40 hours of unpaid work and to pay £219 in a victim surcharge and court costs.
