THREE people – including two pupils – suffered serious injuries in a suspected hammer attack at a top fee-paying private school.
The horror unfolded at £41,000-a-year Blundell's School in Tiverton, Devon.
A teen is said to have bludgeoned two boarders.
A housemaster was also said to be injured.
A teen was arrested by cops on suspicion of GBH with intent and is continuing to be quizzed today.
The three alleged victims were rushed to hospital in the wake of the 1am incident yesterday as cops swarmed the school.

Cops were joined there by three ambulances, an air ambulance, a rapid response vehicle and hazardous area response teams.
Police said the three were being treated for "multiple serious injuries". The housemaster has since been discharged.
A source told the Sun: "I understand there was a fight between two boys involving a hammer in the early hours of the morning.

"Somebody came to get the housemaster or he was alerted by the noise and he rushed to help when he was struck.
"He was taken to hospital and needed stitches but he has since been discharged and returned to the school straight away.
"I think the boys are in a much worse condition."
Cops earlier confirmed weapons were located at the scene – but did not specify what they were.
In a letter to parents, the school's headteacher Bart Wielenga said he was confident it was "an isolated incident".
He wrote: "The incident is being investigated by the police and there will be a police presence for some time.
"The school is working closely with the police as they follow their procedures.
"As you get this letter, I will be addressing the pupils in chapel.
"I will reassure them that support is available to anyone who feels upset by what has happened.
"Could I implore you to support the school through this difficult time by not engaging in speculation or posting on social media."
It’s not clear what led to the fight or why there was a hammer in the boarding house.
Forensic officers were seen focusing on the school's Petergate boarding house as investigations continued.
Supt Antony Hart described the attack as "a very traumatic incident for those involved".
He added: "At this time it is understood that all parties involved are linked to the school.
"I am keen to reassure the community that there is no wider risk, and we are not seeking anyone else in relation to this matter.
"Throughout the day we will continue with searches and enquiries in the vicinity of the school while we are in the early stage of our investigation."
South Western Ambulance Service said it was called at 12.57am.
South Western Ambulance NHS Foundation Trust said: "Three individuals were conveyed by land ambulance to hospital."
Blundell's School declined to comment.
Forensic officers were seen scouring a first floor room thought to be a bedroom while uniformed officers stood guard outside.
The school has 360 boys and 225 girls and counts former Top Gear "Stig" Ben Collins and Georgia “Toff” Toffolo as former pupils.
It was nominated in society bible Tatler’s Britain’s best private schools list in 2022.
Supt Hart added tonight: "We are still establishing what happened in the early hours of this morning and an extensive investigation continues.
“Two teenage boys, who both sustained serious injuries, remain in hospital at this time. One of the boys is in a critical condition and the other is in a stable condition.
“An adult male, who is a member of staff at the school and sustained serious injuries, has now been discharged from hospital.
“Our investigation is being assisted by experts who are assessing the injuries sustained and how they were caused.
"While we can confirm some weapons were located at the scene, it would not be appropriate to speculate on how these may have been involved while our enquiries continue.
“Our priority is to fully investigate this incident and support the victims, their families and the school community. Our thoughts remain with the injured boys, man and their loved-ones.”
MP for Tiverton and Honiton Richard Foord said: "My thoughts are with the families and friends of the pupils involved.
"I think we should remember that Tiverton and Devon more broadly are safe places.
"Devon is one of the safest places to live in the country.
