A further 13 alleged victims have stepped forward in case involving a cleaning staff member who is said to have passed on an "incurable disease" after washing his penis in a woman's water bottle.
The horrific case sees 13 more people claim they were passed a sexually transmitted disease by Lucio Diaz, 50, following a sickening water bottle report.
A woman initially claimed she was left with an incurable STD after a janitor peed in her water bottle while she was at work, a court in the United States has heard.

Since then, another 13 women have come forward and claimed that the 50-year-old janitor had also passed on a sexually transmitted disease to them.
During a court hearing, Diaz was granted a £66,000 ($75,000) bond after he was charged with indecent assault and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Both initial charges are related to the same woman, an unnamed 54-year-old who spoke of the disturbing case.
She claims that Diaz gave the woman a sexually transmitted disease after she drank his urine from her water bottle, with a camera on her desk catching the janitor in the act.
Investigators have since revealed that a total of 13 further women say they are victims of Diaz and his diseases.

Records reported from the area show that Diaz has lived in Houston, United States for 22 years and is a father to seven children with his wife.
Daily Star had previously reported the sickening act, with the unnamed 54-year-old mum of two labelling Diaz as a "sick man" and that he had rinsed "his penis in my water".
Speaking of the horrible encounter and subsequent STD, she said: "He gave me an STD I will have for the rest of my life. Nothing is going to change it. Nothing will make it better for me. In fact, I feel like, for the rest of my life, I will have to be careful.
"I want him to be exposed for who he is, and I want him to pay for what he's done to me and then be deported."
