Meghan and Harry already ‘contradict’ upcoming memoir with Netflix documentary

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are said to "contradict" themselves already between the upcoming memoir and Netflix package.

The Duke of Sussex is set to release his autobiography sometime next year after a series of rumoured delays and last-minute changes to the bombshell book.

Netflix are also set for a dose of Sussex content, which is where the alleged contradictions appear to lie, according to one insider who says that the documentary left producers "confused during filming".

The piece is set to air in December, but one insider declared that the "love story" documentary has showcased a series of "contradicting" statements from the Sussexes.

A Netflix source said: "A lot in the show contradicted what Harry has written, so that was an issue.

"Then Harry and Meghan made significant requests to walk back content they themselves have provided, for their own project."

The walk back blow comes as similar rumours swirl the upcoming biography from Prince Harry, who is said to have demanded changes be made to his £35m memoir package following the death of Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II.

Both Netflix and Penguin Publishing House are said to be hesitant to allow for such grand changes, with one expert believing they are "stuck with the devil".

Expert Tom Bower, reported by The Mirror, had said: "They need the money and they need it now more than ever. Because they've got no other source of income. So I think they're just stuck with the devil now.

"They're tied to Netflix, they're tied to their book. And all the criticism they're going to take means nothing because that's the only way they can earn their money."

It comes as rumours circulate of Prince Harry even ditching his memoir as a way of bagging an invitation to King Charles III's coronation.

Expert Angela Levin alleged that the Duke of Sussex was "desperate" to get to the coronation, Daily Star reported.
