Donald Trump has slammed Joe Biden for what, he feels, is a weak stance about the Israel-Palestine conflict.
“Terrorists are pouring into our country,” said the embattled ex-president at a campaign event in New Hampshire.
“When I was your President we have peace through strength and now we have weakness, conflict and chaos. The atrocities we are witnessing in Israel would never have happened if I was President,” he continued. “It would have never happened.”
“Joe Biden betrayed Israel,” he concluded.

Trump is just the latest voice to join in the chorus against Biden’s Israel stance.
But Trump also made false claims against Biden and the United States, as well.
For example, he incorrectly claimed that American tax dollars funded the attack against Israel.
“These Hamas attacks are a disgrace and Israel has every right to defend itself with overwhelming force. Sadly, American taxpayer dollars helped fund these attacks, which many reports are saying came from the Biden Administration,” he said in a statement.
Trump’s former veep — and current GOP hopeful for president — Mike Pence also roundly denounced Biden.
“This is what happens when America’s president projects weakness on the world stage, kowtows to the mullahs in Iran with a $6 Billion ransom, and leaders in the Republican Party signal American retreat as Leader of the Free World. Weakness arouses Evil,” he said in a statement, according to NBC News.
Pence’s claim, like Trump’s, is also mendacious.
“All of the money held in restricted accounts in Doha as part of the arrangement to secure the release of 5 Americans in September remains in Doha. Not a penny has been spent,” Treasury Undersecretary Brian Nelson tweeted. “These restricted funds cannot go to Iran — it can only be used for future humanitarian-related purposes. Any suggestion to the contrary is false and misleading.”
