In-N-Out is eyeing a location along Tower Road in northeast Denver.
A concept plan submitted to the city last summer calls for a 3,860-square-foot restaurant to be constructed on a 1.64-acre site at the northwest corner of Tower and 56th Avenue.
California-based In-N-Out confirmed to BusinessDen this month it is still pursuing the location.
“We are working on a site at 56th Avenue and Tower Road in Denver and we are very enthusiastic about the opportunity there,” Mike Abbate, In-N-Out assistant vice president for real estate and development, said in a statement. “That said, it is still very early in the development process.”
In-N-Out opened its first Colorado locations in Aurora and Colorado Springs in November 2020. Since then, additional locations have opened in Castle Rock, Lakewood, Lone Tree and Thornton.
The first In-N-Out within Denver city limits is expected to open at 4597 Central Park Blvd. in the coming weeks.
