A high school teacher who astounded students with her size Z breasts has claimed they are not prosthetic and instead caused by a rare condition.
Kayla Lemieux made global headlines after wearing what are believed to be fake breasts to school, but she has since claimed the impressive rack is all-natural.
"I’m not wearing prosthetic breasts. These are real," Lemieux said in an interview with the New York Post, adding that she is "not a transgendered person" but was born "intersex."

"My condition is classified as gigantomastia, which can also be referred to as macromastia or breast hypertrophy," she said.
"It’s rare, there’s no doubt about it. It affects women on a very rare basis, but in my case, I believe – and my doctor thinks – because I have XX chromosomes as well, that has something to do with it, and hormone sensitivity to estrogen has caused it."
When asked for proof of her illness, Lemieux said she hadn't been formally diagnosed with the condition but said she was sick of disparaging comments about her bust.
"You can’t hide them. People online making comments are basically body-shaming," Lemieux added.
Lemieux added she had started hormone replacement therapy in 2021 and was "in transition," adding that she identifies as a woman with she/her pronouns.

When asked if the treatment was responsible for the size of her breasts, Lemieux said: "Yes.
"My whole life, I’ve been identifying as male. I’ve been looking like a male. When I decided to embrace this other side of me around age 39, this presented itself."
Lemieux first went viral after she began working as a shop (industrial arts) teacher at Oakville Trafalgar High School in Ontario, Canada, in September.
Images quickly began circulating social media showing Lemieux wearing tight clothing showing off the large breasts with nipples protruding through her shirt.
Since then the school has repeatedly been threatened with violence and students have been warned they could be suspended if they take pictures or videos of the teacher on school grounds.
Students have also reportedly been threatened with suspension if they snap photos or shoot video of Lemieux on school grounds.
Lemieux has also made headlines for her interesting adventures, including being spotted sky-diving with a male porn star while sporting the breasts.
Speaking of the teacher's alleged ailment, the Cleveland Clinic said it is "a rare condition that involves developing extremely large breasts due to excessive breast tissue growth".
Only about 300 cases have ever been reported.
"It affects people assigned female at birth," the clinic continued.
"If you have gigantomastia, you’ll experience rapid and disproportionate breast growth. The speed at which your breasts grow can vary, from over a few weeks to over several years,” according to the Cleveland Clinic’s website.
"It can happen during puberty, pregnancy or from taking medication. In some cases, it occurs spontaneously and for no reason."
