A Chinese heiress is forking out £130,000 a month to rent a luxury home after seeing it on a Channel 5 show.
The unnamed student, 24, handed over £3.1million upfront to secure the £32million Culross House, a five-bedroom pad in Mayfair, central London.
She is said to have settled on the townhouse after her agent saw it on the show Sally Lindsay's Posh Sleepovers and sent her a WhatsApp video.
The mystery student will be paying a record-breaking £1.55million a year in rent – which reportedly makes it the capital’s most expensive tenancy ever.
It works out at £4,246 per night.
She is rumoured to be the daughter of a billionaire, although her identity has not been revealed.
The 8,051 sq ft townhouse, which is adjacent to Hyde Park, is owned by property tycoon Kam Babaee, who founded the firm K10 Group.
He is rumoured to be a friend of Prime Minister Boris Johnson.
The property has a cinema, swimming pool, spa complex, club room and a rear garden, according to MailOnline.

There is also a glass lift and a marble entrance hall.
The heiress will stay with her boyfriend, housekeeper and personal security team.
Her family is thought to have made its money from property, fashion and IT in China and Hong Kong.
According to reports, she said she preferred to rent a house instead of a flat due to the coronavirus pandemic.
She claimed she needed somewhere which offered lots of space.
In the Channel 5 programme, Corrie star Sally Lindsay was filmed enjoying breakfast before taking a dip in the pool.
Mr Babaee said K10 Group was delighted to let the property to a “fantastic VVIP international family”.
He said: “We hope the family enjoy living there over the next few years and we would welcome their stay becoming a ‘try-before-you-buy’ situation through our unique K10 Creative-Finance-Solution.
“At £3.1million this rental deal is the largest ever paid to rent a new home in Mayfair and is also the largest upfront payment ever made to let a London home.
“'When compared to the daily cost of renting a five star hotel suite in Knightsbridge or Mayfair, Culross House provides outstanding value-for-money and far more space and private facilities.”
