A notorious beggar known as "50p Claire" has joined TikTok and vowed to expose the various "grafters" she's been with.
Claire Neville, from Preston, was convicted of harassment in 2020 after she befriended a man with dementia in his 80s for financial gain, visiting him regularly over several years to ask for money.
In June last year she was banned from entering parts of Preston city centre as part of her bail conditions. She was charged with 16 counts of breaching her Criminal Behaviour Order later that month.

Claire was also barred from asking for money or goods from people in public areas.
She is now on TikTok going by "Mongclaire" and has thus far amassed over 3,500 followers.
In fact, it appears to be her second account on the video sharing app, as in one clip she claims she had "60,000 views" before TikTok "shut me down".
She continued: "But, I'm coming back with a bang yeah.
"I need 1,000 followers so follow me and get me back on track.
"And then I'm going to reveal every grafter that I have been with in Preston yeah.
"There's only one or two to be named, name and shame 'em, that's the game."
Despite smashing her 1,000 followers goal, Claire is yet to post a video exposing Preston's grafters.
In response to a comment asking "why don't you get a job", Claire appeared on the phone with a man called John, seemingly asking him for money to buy mephedrone, better known as M-Cat.
Speaking into the phone, she said: "Alright John, I'll come back, you can pay for mephedrone, and then that's it.
"You won't want to get rid of me because I love you. I want to marry you. I want to spend the rest of my life with you."
John asked: "Is this the way you treat someone you love?
"All you're doing is draining me of what little I've got left."
Claire then said she had fallen down "three flights of stairs" before John asked how much money she wanted.
"I need to get £80 for mephedrone and then a fiver for the petrol for this lad," she said.
The caption on the video read "I've got 7 pensions" and included "#gofundme" and "#prestonsfinestsugarbaby".
Mephedrone is a synthetic stimulant drug that has similar effects to cocaine and ecstasy, according to TalkToFrank.
