One person was killed and three others wounded in a shooting in south Denver early Sunday morning, according to Denver police.
The shooting happened at about 12:46 a.m. in the 4600 block of E. Colorado Avenue, during what police believe was a party, police spokesman Kurt Barnes said.
He did not know the ages, genders or conditions of the surviving victims. There was a large crowd present during the shooting and investigators believe there was a party going on at the time, he said.
The person who died has not been publicly identified.
Additional information was not immediately available. Police said they are “working to develop suspect information.”
