Don Jr has slammed the ‘crazed weaponization of the entire federal government against political enemies’ – calling his father’s indictment ‘communist level s***.’

Donald Trump is the first former U.S. president to face criminal charges and marks the end of a years-long probe into hush money paid to porn star Stormy Daniels.

He said on Rumble’s ‘Triggered with Donald Trump Jr’: ‘Let’s be clear, folks. This is like communist level s**t. This is stuff that would make Mao Stalin Pol Pot.

‘It would make them blush. It’s so flagrant. It’s so crazed when even like the radical leftists of The Washington Post are out there saying it’s not really based on facts.

‘For those people who said it’s not real, Trump’s making it up, it’s not a real issue for us… If you don’t think that the weaponization of the entire federal government against their political enemies, against the voters – half of the country approximately – as we’ve seen, if you don’t think that’s a problem, you don’t even belong in any position in government, let alone president.’

Don Jr appeared to provide an warning to his thousands of viewers watching the live response, which took place just 15 minutes after finding out about the indictment.

‘I get [that] you can have your sound bites and you can do your nonsense and you can pretend you’re doing great and hire your influencers… But if you don’t think that’s an issue, guess what, just wait till they come for you,’ he said.

The 45-year-old American businessman then took a swipe at Daniels and Trump’s former lawyer and fixer, who paid her.

‘We’re in a battle for our existence and this entire case hinges on unreliable, discredited witnesses, Stormy Daniels, who I believe owes my father a couple of hundred grand in legal fees because they lost,’ he said.

‘It hinged on disgraced, jailed, disbarred, clown lawyer, Michael Cohen, along with a really shaky and murky legal theory surrounding campaign finance law.’

‘The law doesn’t really matter if you can weaponize it against conservatives, if you can weaponize it against people who are going to take on the swamp.

A Manhattan grand jury has voted to indicted former president Donald Trump over hush money paid to pornstar Stormy Daniels

A grand jury has been hearing evidence about allegations that Donald Trump paid $130,000 to adult movie star Stormy Daniels to buy her silence over their affair

He made a comparison to the treatment of Trump compared to U.S. president Joe Biden.

‘Notice they don’t do this to the Biden administration or to the Biden family or to the Clintons or to any of the corrupt democrats that have made millions and billions where there is smoke that you wouldn’t even believe its not even a story,’ he said.

‘That’s Russian disinformation, as backed up by mainstream media, by big tech, by people from the intelligence community who know, when they lie to you, when they lie to your face there’s no nothing.’

He added that the ‘injustice’ was part of the reason that Trump joined politics in the first place.

‘This is weaponized justice at its absolute worst, I thought America was going on a down hill slope that’s why my father got in this game to fight back for the American people,’ he said.

A Manhattan grand jury voted to indict Trump over the $130,000 in hush money paid to porn star Stormy Daniels.

Trump became the first former president to face criminal charges, which are expected in the coming days.

It marks the end of a years-long investigation into hush money paid to the adult movie star in 2016, allegedly to buy her silence about their affair.

Trump and his aides were taken by surprise, The New York Times reported, and the 76-year-old is currently ‘absorbing’ the news at his Florida home, Mar-a-Lago.

Meanwhile it also emerged on Thursday New York prosecutors were looking to charge Trump over a $150,000 payment made to another former Playboy model

The indictment takes the country into complex legal and political territory, with a candidate for president now facing arrest and the prospect of humiliating court appearances.

Although he is the first former president to be criminally charged, he is not the first presidential candidate to be criminally charged.

It marks a victory for the office of the Manhattan district attorney, Alvin Bragg.

Bragg’s office has been probing a $130,000 hush money payment made by Michael Cohen, Trump’s former lawyer and fixer, to Daniels, 44, during the 2016 presidential campaign.

The Trump camp was quick to blast the indictment on Thursday night, with Eric Trump telling DailyMail.com it is ‘the opportunistic targeting of a political opponent’.

The White House declined to comment on the Trump indictment when asked by DailyMail.com.

Meanwhile it also emerged on Thursday New York prosecutors were looking to charge Trump over a $150,000 payment made to another former Playboy model.

Bragg’s team has questioned grand jury witnesses about cash given to Karen McDougal, who was Playboy magazine ‘Playmate of the Year’ in 1998.

Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg has been widely criticized for his handling of the case. Many say it has no legs and is driven by his own political hatred of Trump

Eric Trump told DailyMail.com: ‘This is the opportunistic targeting of a political opponent in a campaign year.

‘They are ruthlessly attacking my father because he dared challenge the political elite. This is Exhibit A to the decline of American Law.’

A source told DailyMail.com that Trump played nine holes of golf at his West Palm Beach club on Thursday morning. His regular table in the grill room was reserved but he did not stay for lunch.

The former president has always denied having an affair with Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford.

The allegations came to light when Trump was in office, triggering a federal investigation.
